International Shipping Policy
We ship to the USA,
Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico. At this
time our web site shipping prices are for the continental US only. Due
to the complexity of various logistics and delivery locations, all international
and HI,AK shipments must be specially quoted. We will be glad to get
you exact shipping prices on the item(s) you are considering purchasing.

** NOTE: You may save money by opting to pick up at your local distribution
center or delivering to a business. In some instances, you may want to
locate a local delivery/moving company and we can deliver to them and
then they can deliver to you. The rate to deliver to a business is always
less than a residential and we can pass those savings along. Feel free

any logistics questions.
Any special drop off services or locations, must be quoted before purchase
and terms of shipment.
Tariffs/Duties
Tariffs/Duties
may apply to all International Shipments. Buyers are
responsible for knowledge and
payment of any & all tariffs applicable.
MisoMod reserves the right to not
honor international transactions that have been sold
at the Continental USA
freight rates listed on our web site. We can send you
individual invoices for any additional freight charges
incurred by international freight rates.
Please allow more time for International Shipments. Some
may take up to 2 Months after leaving the USA.

Canadian Shipments
We can ship items that can be sent standard Postal Service, such as
clocks, pillows, clothing, and some small lamps to Canada. We use either
UPS or USPS to ship small items to Canada.
Many of our oversized items can be delivered to Canada for sometimes
reasonable prices. However, MisoMod reserves the right to deem an item
unfeasible to ship to Canada due to logistics or manufacturers ability
to service international shipments.
Approximately, 90% of our inventory is feasible to ship to Canada. Several
of our manufacturers are based in Canada so some shipping costs may be
very reasonable.

Mexico
Shipments
We can ship items that can be sent standard Postal Service, such as
clocks, pillows, clothing, and some small lamps to Mexico.
In addition, we have a delivery service that can deliver furniture and
oversized items from San Antonio to anywhere in Mexico, including residential
locations. This service requires you to pay the standard USA shipping
prices on our web site for the shipment to the Manufacturer to MisoMod
warehouse in San Antonio. Our Mexican Carrier based in San Antonio then
charges a 40% flat delivery fee based on the price of your item + USA
freight
charges
to deliver the item to your front door in Mexico. This 40% flat rate
covers both the delivery charges, broker fees, and any tariffs due to
Mexico for importing the item. You do not have to worry about getting
your own broker or any of many fees & paperwork that is needed for importing
into Mexico!

ZUO Modern Products
One of our manufacturers, ZUO Modern has a distribution
warehouse in Mexico. Items from ZUO Modern will incur very little, if
any additional cost to ship within Mexico. We still must quote estimated
delivery charges, however.

Currently
we only ship items that can be sent standard Postal Service, such as
clocks, pillows, clothing, and some small lamps to Hawaii, Alaska, &
Puerto Rico. We unfortunately cannot ship furniture or oversize items
to these locations at this time. Due to length of transit we do not encourage
shipping breakable items such
as
crystal
chandeliers
worldwide.
MisoMod reserves the right to determine if an item is not feasible to ship worldwide
