Creating an Account
When you purchase from MisoMod.com you must create a user account. At the time
of purchase you will be required to set up your personal user account with
your billing and shipping information. Please make sure all of your information
is complete and accurate to ensure the best service experience. Your registered
email address will be used for contact information regarding your order and
also for special promotions or offers. Your registration information is only
for the sole use of MisoMod and will not be sold or given to any 3rd parties.

Paying for your Purchase
At the time of checkout you will be prompted to pay for your purchase.

Shipping
Delivery Dates or ETA
Drop Ship & Backorder Items:
In an effort to provide the best prices possible, we ship direct from
each manufacturer to you. Items for sale on MisoMod are normally in stock
at each respective manufacturers warehouses. In most instances, the processing
time for orders takes around 5 business days before an in stock item
will then ship out to you.
On occasion your item(s) may be out of stock at the manufacturers warehouse
and be placed on backorder. While your order may not ship immediately,
it will be put in line for the next incoming shipment ahead of any orders
received in the future. We will notify you as soon as we are notified
of backorder status from the
manufacturer
of
any such
delays.
We will
also
notify you of an approximate delivery date as given to us by the manufacturer.
Please note: Any delivery times (verbal, written, or implied) provided
to you at either time of order or upon notification of backorder status
are based on the information on hand at the time of request & are subject
to change without notice. Many of our items are imported and approximate
delivery dates can fluctuate based on factors such as container shipments,
customs, & material backorders. Please keep this information in mind when
receiving your approximate backorder delivery date. We will strive to keep
you informed of your delivery date as changes occur.
Please Note: Business Days (Monday-Friday) are normal days of pickup and
delivery for most carriers. Please calculate this factor when deteriming
your estimated
delivery
time.

Parcel Post Shipping Policy
Parcel Post Shipments are shipments of smaller items that are able to be
sent via UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground. We insure all packages sent via Parcel
Post. Each item shows the method of delivery in the item description. Please
allow 4-7 Business Days for UPS ground shipments.

Furniture & Oversized Shipping Policy
Some items on MisoMod.com are too large for Parcel Post deliveries. These
are items such as sofas, beds, large artwork, etc. All delivery prices
listed on MisoMod.com for these items are for our Standard Motor Freight
Delivery Service. This Delivery Service includes a delivery notification
phone call from the freight carrier to set up delivery. The Standard
Delivery Service does not include inside delivery nor removal of packing
materials. Standard Delivery is delivered to your front door only. Please
note any special delivery circumstances such as remote locations, building
codes or entrances, or if the delivery location is a business with a
dock, special delivery hours, etc.

International Shipping Policy
We ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico only. Tarriffs
may apply to Canada & Puerto Rico. Buyers are responsible
for knowledge and
payment of any & all tarriffs applicable. Please allow
more time for International Shipments.

Unavailable Delivery Attempts
MisoMod is not responsible for any costs incurred from delivery
carriers due to the inability of the receiver to accept
delivery of shipment
due to abscence or incorrect
submission
of
contact
information from buyer to MisoMod. Most Freight Companies
allow about 3 delivery attempts before the item is
sent back to the
shipper. The
receiver is responsible for ensuring that the delivery
is completed with the freight carrier, & therefore
responsible for any and
all costs incurred
by shipping item back to either MisoMod or Manufacturer.
This includes shipping costs to/from & back to buyer,
restocking fees, repacking fees,
or any fees deemed appropriate by carrier, MisoMod,
or Manufacturers.

Once you Receive your Item
Returns -
ALL SALES FINAL
We ship direct from the manufacturer to you to offer you the lowest possible
prices possible. This means that upon your purchase, we then purchase the item(s)
for specifically for you. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns on any item
shipped
to
you
from the manufacturer. However, if an item is backordered and has not shipped
to you, you may elect to cancel your order. If an item arrives with freight damage
or a manufacturers defect we will gladly replace the item(s) that are defective
(or provide replacement parts). Due to the low prices we offer, there are no
exceptions to this policy.

Damages/Freight Claims:
In the event that your item arrives damaged as a result of shipping,
please follow our Freight Claim Guidelines & Procedures. We reserve the right to not
honor Freight Claims nor returns if our Freight Claim Guidelines & Procedures
are not followed.
1. Upon Receiving your merchandise, inspect the packaging carefully. Should
there be any noticible damage to the exterior of the packing or box, try
to unpack the merchandise in front of the carrier so they may note any freight
damage. Should you be unable to inspect upon arrival, please note any visible
damage on the bill of lading (paperwork).
2. Should there be damage as a result of freight carrier, file a claim with
the freight carrier. This can be done via phone or web in most cases & carrier
will notify you of all instructions.
Helpful Information for Freight Claims
3. File a notification via email with MisoMod of the freight damage,
so we may begin to assist you in getting your claim resolved. Email
your notification
to service@misomod.com. Please include all of your contact information
& description of damage. Photos of damage will help in the claim process
and may be sent
as attachments.
4. Keep all packing materials, trying to keep box and packing in most
original condition as possible. Some carriers may elect to pickup package
for inspection.
5. Allow up to 30 days for some freight claims to be completed by the

Manufacturers Defect or Warranty Claim:
A Manufacturers Defect
In the event that your item arrives with a defect from the manufacturer
(ex. light not coming on,etc), please notify us via email at service@misomod.com with

This information must be emailed within 7 days to Misomod. After 7 days
of receipt any manufacturers defect falls into the manufacturers warranty
policy.
Manufacturers Warranty
Please refer to your product description or contact the manufacturer
upon receipt of your item to determine if there is any warranty regarding
your
item. Warranty
policies
differ in coverage & periods from item to item and manufacturer to
manufacturer. Most
warranty claims require for you to contact the manufacturer regarding
your claim. Retaining a copy of your receipt may be required by most
manufacturers
as proof
of purchase & date. Feel free to contact us at service@misomod.com should
you need any assistance or questions regarding your warranty claim.
