What this means for you is that we are able to pass on savings to you that are incurred from inventory carrying costs, additional freight costs incurred by shipping the item from the manufacturer to us, and then back out to you. By shipping direct from the manufacturers warehouse to you, we are able to give you the best price possible and eliminate additional transit of your item, therefore reducing the opportunities for freight damage.


Additional Factors to Consider about Manufacturer Direct Shipping.

Stock Availability
The items we list for sale on MisoMod are generally stocked by our manufacturers at their respective warehouses across the Continental US and Canada. In most instances your item is in stock and it will normally ship out within a few business days to you. Due to the fact that we are dependent on the manufacturers stock levels, items may be out of stock (on backorder) when we submit your order. The amount of time for a backorder can vary from several days to several weeks. We will notify you of such backorders (and the ETA of delivery) as we are informed of them (normally several business days from the time of your order). Should you elect to reselect another item or cancel your order, you may do so (in writing) within 7 days from notification of your backorder.

If you have a specific delivery date that you would like your merchandise delivered by or have a high volume purchase, please contact us with the item(s) you are interested in and we will be glad to check stock for you with the respective manufacturer before your purchase.

Depending on the items that you order and their manufacturers, you may receive shipments from various locations, and they may arrive on different dates, from different carriers. Order Processing
In the event that your item is in stock, and available for immediate shipment, please allow several days for order processing between MisoMod and the Manufacturer. Each respective manufacturer has their own policies, and shipments may be processed the same day or within a few business days depending on the manufacturer.

Checking on Your Order
We strive to give you the most up to date information on your order. Should you want to check status on your order, we will then contact the manufacturer regarding the order status of your item. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. In many instances, manufacturers can take 1-2 business days to get back to us on an order inquiry. Manufacturers are closed on Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays,
